Christmas Chicken Chase Waiver:

As consideration for being allowed to participate in the Christmas Chicken Chase, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:

I understand that my participation in the Chase involves risks, including but not limited to, injury or death. I hereby agree that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians or legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attack any member of Christmas Chicken Chase or Aurum Sports or destroy the property of the promoters, sponsors and partners, for any and all injuries or damage arising from my participation in the Chase.

2. Release and Indemnification :

I release and hold harmless Christmas Chicken Chase, Aurum Sports, its Directors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, collectively or individually from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I or my heirs, executors, administrators or assignee may have for any damages, losses or expenses arising from my participation in the Chase.

3. Medical Certification:

I represent and certify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for Christmas Chicken Chase. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional before embarking on the Chase.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment:

In the event of an emergency, I authorise Christmas Chicken Chase to provide emergency medical treatment, including but not limited to first aid, CPR, and calling for other appropriate emergency services.

5. Chase Rules:

I agree to abide by all the Chase rules that have been posted on the Chase website, FAQs, Social Media posts, and made known to me during the pre-Chase briefing.

6. Photography and Video Release:

I grant permission to the organizers of Christmas Chicken Chase to take and publish photographs and videos of me during the event in any broadcast, telecast, social media or any other form of media.

7. Acknowledgement:

I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the organizers of Christmas Chicken Chase as well as its promoters, sponsors, and partners.
